HydroSpark Sanitizer Regulatory Details
DIRECT FOOD CONTACT
- Use 60 PPM setting for direct food contact (Meats and Produce)
- No wiping, rinsing, or drying required.
- Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)
FOOD CONTACT SURFACE SANITIZING
- Use a 200 ppm setting for food contact surface sanitization (Meats and Produce)
- Higher settings can be used when followed by a 200ppm rinse/spray
- No wiping, rinsing, or drying required.
- Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)
NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACE SANITIZING
- 300 to 500 ppm setting can be used
- No wiping, drying, or rinsing required
- Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)
