HydroSpark Sanitizer Regulatory Details

DIRECT FOOD CONTACT

  • Use 60 PPM setting for direct food contact (Meats and Produce)
  • No wiping, rinsing, or drying required.
  • Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)

FOOD CONTACT SURFACE SANITIZING 

  • Use a 200 ppm setting for food contact surface sanitization (Meats and Produce)
  • Higher settings can be used when followed by a 200ppm rinse/spray
  • No wiping, rinsing, or drying required.
  • Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)

NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACE SANITIZING

  • 300 to 500 ppm setting can be used
  • No wiping, drying, or rinsing required
  • Allow for 2 min. wet time (Minimum)
